I ran 8 miles this morning at 7 am. 8 MILES! A new personal record- I had never before in my life run that far… and next week I get to go 10 miles on Saturday! I felt pretty good and finished strong.
I followed my tradition of stopping for Tim Horton’s coffee on the way home and when I got out of the car to get my coffee, I was incredibly stiff. I was thinking about how much my body will hurt AFTER the marathon- but the soreness is worth it.
My whole day was pretty much shot, as I am utterly exhausted. Hopefully some RedBull will help before we go to a little BBQ.
